We want you to feel confident ordering from us.
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve it promptly.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution in line with your consumer rights.
Change of mind
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind.
Change-of-mind returns are accepted for unused items within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

A note on hygiene
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been used or are not in their original condition, unless they are faulty.
