We created Awoke Plus after noticing something in our own routines. Buying supplements was never the hard part. Sticking to them was.

Some weeks we were consistent. Other weeks we were not. Not because we changed our minds about our health. It just stopped feeling simple. Protein in one cupboard. Creatine somewhere else. Electrolytes on the bench.

We were not looking to create just another shaker. We wanted something that made it easier to stay consistent with what we were already taking.

We live in Wagga Wagga NSW and have been friends for years. Awoke Plus grew out of real conversations about training, work, family life and the constant juggle that comes with trying to show up for yourself in the middle of everything else.

This brand is personal to us. We use these products every day. We care about how they feel in your hand, how they look on your bench and most importantly, whether they actually make your routine easier to stick to.

We believe consistency beats intensity. Small habits done regularly matter more than perfect weeks.
