We ship all orders from our warehouse in regional New South Wales.
Order processing
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days from the time your order is placed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier once your order has left our warehouse with Australia Post
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch) are:
NSW: 2–5 business days
Interstate: 3–7 business days

Caring for your shaker
Looking after your shaker is simple and helps keep it in great condition for everyday use.
Before first use
Wash all parts thoroughly before using for the first time.
Cleaning
Hand washing is recommended to help maintain the finish of the stainless-steel bottle.
The lid and supplement storage base should always be washed separately using warm water and mild detergent.
Allow all parts to dry completely before reassembling.
Dishwasher use
While some components may be dishwasher safe, repeated dishwasher use can affect the finish over time. For best results, hand washing is recommended.
Use and storage
Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scourers.
Not suitable for microwave use.
Store with the lid off once dry to allow airflow and help prevent odours.
